Tasks:
1. To ensure that the decisions taken by the University Senate and the University Board of Directors are written, protected and kept under the instructions of the General Secretary,
2. To communicate the decisions of the University Senate and the University Administrative Board to the University Departments upon the instructions of the General Secretary,
3. To carry out the correspondence of the Rector's Office and Secretaries with the instructions of the Secretary General,
4. To carry out the document flow processes of the Authority: To make the first registration of the documents coming from the institution, to provide the transfer of the documents to the related units by the Secretary General and the Rector's Office. Providing guidance to the units in using the Document Tracking Program,
5. To make correspondence of the Disciplinary Investigations of the Rectorate with the instructions of the General Secretary,
6. Organizing the archive materials of the General Secretariat by years, transferring them to the archive by the end of the year,
7. To make necessary preparations for the authority of Higher Education Council,
8. To ensure the efficient, orderly and harmonious process of the service flows from official correspondence,
9. To provide the protection and sensitivity of the correspondence and documents; according to the order of importance "Secret", "Very Secret", "Normal", "Urgent (Rush)", "Daily",
10. To ensure that the correspondence in the University is carried out in accordance with the regulations in force.
